•  Submit Request: The producer (service seeker) submits their request with project details using our online forms. This step ensures we have all the necessary information to match you with the right crew.

 

•  Support Contact: Within 24 hours of form submission, a support representative contacts the producer (service seeker) to gather complete project details. This personalized approach helps us understand your specific needs and preferences.

 

•  Crew Proposal: Suitable options (crew) are found and a price quote is provided. This quote includes the fixer's fee. We carefully select the best matches to ensure high-quality results.

 

•  Fixer’s Fee Determination: Fees are determined based on the project and country and are included in the invoice. This transparent pricing ensures there are no hidden costs.

 

•  Initial Payment: 40% of the invoice amount is collected before work begins by Fixer Media. This initial payment secures the crew's commitment to your project.

 

•  Project Demo: After completion, a demo (screener, still images, etc.) of the work is provided to the producer (service seeker) before final delivery. This allows you to review the work and request any necessary adjustments.

 

•  Final Payment: After the work is completed and a demo is shown, the remaining amount is collected, and the project will be delivered by a method agreed upon by both sides. This ensures that you are satisfied with the final product before full payment is made.

 

•  Service Hours: Services are provided from 10 AM to 5 PM (GMT) on working days, Sunday to Thursday. Our dedicated team is available during these hours to support your project needs.

 

•  Expedited Service: Producers can use the "Prioritize your Request" option ($39.00 per request) to expedite the process within 24 hours. This option is perfect for urgent projects that require a quick turnaround.
